7-Day Return Window

You may return any non-customized and non-sale item that remains sealed and in its original condition within 7 days of receipt.

For items received damaged, incorrect, or faulty:

  • Contact us immediately at service@aehifi.com within the 7-day period.
  • We will assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution, such as exchange, replacement, or repair, based on the circumstances.

Opened Packages

35% restocking fee (based on the item's retail value) applies to any parcel that has been opened—even if the product is still fully functional.

  • To initiate a return, email service@aehifi.com.
  • After we receive and inspect the item to confirm it is in good condition, we will refund the remaining 65% of the amount paid.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal or credit card) within 3–5 working days.
  • Note: Additional processing time may apply on PayPal or your bank's side.

Incorrect or Missing Items

Upon delivery, please inspect the package contents and condition before signing for receipt.

  • If anything is missing or incorrect, email service@aehifi.com promptly with your order number and clear details.
  • Attach photos/videos as evidence.
  • Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund (as applicable).
  • For incorrect items, we may require their return—we will either provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse shipping costs after verifying the returned item is in good working condition.
