We are audiophiles in this same hobby as well so we do value your experience with us, and we hope you enjoy the products we curate from selected manufacturers.

Detailed Warranty Policy

What the Warranty Covers

Our warranty is a written commitment to repair or replace any product found to have a manufacturing defect that affects its proper functionality.

Warranty Periods

  • 1 year for main products (excluding carry cases, ear tips, and other accessories) unless specified.
  • 3 months for cables and adapters.

To verify warranty status or eligibility (especially for non-original purchases), contact service@aehifi.com with your order number, personal details, and shipping address.

Claiming a Defective Product If you suspect a factory defect:

  1. Email service@aehifi.com with a clear subject line (e.g., "Warranty Claim – Order #XXXX").
  2. Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Attach clear photos and/or videos demonstrating the fault.
  • Within the first 7 days of delivery: We cover shipping costs to return the defective item and reship the replacement (or repaired unit).
  • After 7 days: You are responsible for shipping the item back to us for inspection. We cover repair/replacement and return shipping (excluding any local taxes, import duties, or processing fees).
  • Once confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will send a replacement unit (we may require return of the original defective item).

Important Note 

Procedures may vary depending on the product and issue. Contact us immediately upon noticing any problem—delaying or further use may worsen the condition and potentially limit or void warranty coverage.

When Warranty Does NOT Apply (Voided Coverage)

Warranty is not valid in cases of:

  • Accidents, user negligence, dismantling, water damage, mishandling, abuse, improper installation, vandalism, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Prize items or giveaway products.
  • Purchases not made directly from https://aehifi.com (e.g., AliExpress, crowdfunding, Amazon, etc.).
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic changes (e.g., color fading).
  • Failure to follow the user guide, instructions, or included safety warnings.
  • Commercial use.
  • Unsupervised use by children under 18.
  • Damage from poor weather, natural disasters, theft, or loss.

Limited Warranty Coverage 
Coverage is restricted (e.g., buyer may need to cover shipping and/or repair fees) for:

  • Heavily discounted items (40% or more off retail price) or review units.
  • Products modified or repaired by unauthorized parties.

In these cases, manufacturing defects may still be repaired during the warranty period, but additional costs could apply. We will consult the manufacturer for repair quotes when needed and inform you in advance.
